  • Does your Q&A tool have the ability to interact with Facebook, as well as email and sms type messages? My Mayor is looking for some software that a person can reach out to in a variety of ways and get a response back, but also keep all the communication in the same location

    Thanks for your question!

    Our SMS integration allows you to send out bulk text messages with Polls or Forum postings and funnel those replies automatically into your EngagementHQ Project. We offer email integration allowing you to close the loop with past participants and build emails directly within the software. We do not currently have an option to link tools to social media sites but you can share project links to help stakeholders quickly access projects and engagement tools.   • Can I use this tool to create a Live Q&A event?

    Yes! It is easy to set up the Questions tool as a live event. You can set the tool to run for a specific time and have subject matter experts available to answer questions. You can also embed a live stream presentation to the project page to create an engaging online experience.

  • Who answers the questions?

    You or your team can answer participant questions. Additionally you can bring in subject matter experts to answer questions.

    On this site a member of the Bang the Table team will answer you.

  • How do participants know when their question has been answered?

    Participants will be emailed when a question is answered, they will receive a copy of their question, the answer and a link to view the project.

    When a question is submitted the admin team will receive an email notification. You can customize all of these emails at any time.
