If you are running a consultation that requires a formal submission, or written statement, from your community, Submission Manager will simplify your process for accepting, reviewing, and posting approved submissions.
The most tedious part of collecting submissions is the management of hundreds, potentially thousands of official documents. Submissions Manager provides an efficient way for you to manage this process, providing a list of all responses, along with an easy way to download single or bulk documents, the ability to mark responses reviewed, and also publish documents to a public or private document library for easy access.
Accepting submissions can be done easily through the file upload Survey Question type.
In this example, we are accepting submissions for our single-use plastics proposal. We've allowed for unverified participation, meaning anyone can submit their written response and we will capture participant details directly within the survey.
See how you can create a formal submission process using the EngagementHQ Survey tool.

The city is looking to implement a single-use plastic policy as part of our larger environmental plan. You can submit your written comments to the proposed policy here, simply provide your contact information, check the type of submission you are making, and upload your file, including your written comments in response to the plan. Once your file is reviewed by City Council, it will be published for public review in the documents associated with this project.
